Our
Constitution intended that only elected lawmakers be permitted to create
law. That would be O.K. if the judges would read the facts of the case they are presiding on, and then make a decision. In most cases they do not read, therefore they are making their ruling solely on the prosecutor's theory and base their opinion and ruling on it bypassing the constitution.

HOME ABOUT US CONTACTS YOUR COMMENTS US JUSTICE What Price Justice organization is registered in State of New York The site WhatPriceJustice speak for itself. Nevertheless our personal experience triggered our research. It didn't take much to find thousand of cases where justice failed; injustices are meted out every minute of every day when court is in session. It is now commonplace in our justice system. These injustices, as well as our own personal experience, had much to do with our decision to start this charitable organization and help those who are financially unable to help themselves. If you have a story please write us. Thank you. Founder/Editor WhatPriceJustice
